About our Client - Our client is a leading financial conglomerate with a strong domestic presence. With a massive expansion of their operations hub based in multiple locations in India, they are looking for a leader to manage their outsourced Expense Management functions for different processes.

Job Description - Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Managing end-to-end operational processes for Expense Management function

- Monitoring vendor performance using various metrics and undertaking process reviews

- Ensuring full capacity utilisation with adequate buffer to manage work load

- Ensuring adequate training and development to new joinees and ensuring team is updated on changes in processes and technology

- To participate and contribute in calls with Business, Finance and vendors and address escalation issues

The Successful Candidate - With atleast 12 years of relevant investment banking operations experience , you must have strong inter-personal skills with large team management experience. With off-shore vendor management and process migration experience, you must exhibit a sound understanding of various systems such as Flexcube, P2P, etc. Prior experience in Expense Management will be preferred.
