Due to constant expansion and to bring their business to even greater heights in India, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Product Control candidate to take on pioneer leadership roles.

Job Description - As a Vice President - Equity Derivatives group, you will report into the Executive Director and lead a team of analysts/associates. You will lead activities on the equity derivatives platform that provides Exotic and Flow Derivative products to clients. In addition you will also Explore new markets and asset classes for investments and provide trading and risk management solutions

- Enhance the service delivery capabilities of the Trade Services function, including Trade Capture / Support and Life cycle functions

- Support the flow across Exotic Derivatives desks in Securities Lending in Tokyo, Hong Kong, London and New York

- Work closely with the Front Office and Business Development Managers (BDM) to interpret the business strategy and articulate the trade services strategy to support the business

- Interpret regulatory changes to ensure that the platform is able to adapt to the changes

- Provide guidance to the team on how to manage special events, such as Triple Witching, Russell rebalance etc from a front-to-back perspective

- Responsible for delivering training, as part of the career development program, this will include imparting training , drafting and reviewing training materials, where applicable working with external vendors

- Take ownership for the implementation of major platform enhancements and technological changes, providing input into BRDs, reviewing test cases for UATs etc

The Successful Candidate -

- You will be a management graduate from a top-tier business school with more than 10 years Middle Office experience in Equity Derivatives/Middle Office functions.

- You have a strong understanding of global financial market products and you are comfortable shaping and understanding strategies around the changes in regulatory environments across various markets.

- You have the experience of working in a global environment preferably in a top-tier investment bank.

- You have a strong background in Equity, Prime Finance and Derivatives Products.

- You are proven leader and have excellent decision making and relationship management skills.
