Job Title: EIS Program Manager

Reports to: Head of Infrastructure Relationship Management

Location: Mumbai

Role overview / Principal Accountabilities:

- Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) part of the IT division is responsible for maintaining Core Infrastructure IT Platforms globally and ensuring operational stability within the environment. Working in close partnership with the Front Office and Support and Control functions, EIS creates and delivers optimal Infrastructure solutions to support the firm's international business operations.

- The overall responsibility of the role would be to provide direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of key EIS projects ensuring consistency with plans, commitments and goals.

Key responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role would include

- Overall Management of global program delivery

- Coordination with stakeholders in defining the scope, rollout schedule and plan of strategic projects

- Responsibility for project/program reporting and having a governance structure

- Management of the program / project team and other resources

- Providing direction to program / project team to facilitate smooth execution of the global programs

- Driving Program Steering Committees and organizing regular review meetings to track and update on the progress

- Managing the risks and budget of the programs

Qualification and Experience:

- 14-18 years of overall experience in Technology project management, preferably in the banking and financial services sector.

- Strong Project / Program Management skills with experience in managing multiple large projects and programs with global deliveries.

- Industry recognised IT Project Management certification/s would be desirable.

Additional competencies required:

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and Application development platforms

- Excellent communication and team management skills

- Ability to manage and deliver to multiple global/local interests and stakes e.g. Infra, App team, Governance etc.
