VP/DVP - Land Acquisition/Property Acquisition

Role - VP / DVP - Land Acquisition / Property Acquisition

Location - Delhi / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

KRA-

- Individual will be responsible for land procurement and overall coordination of land Operations including Development.

- Plan & achieve consolidation of land in project area by swapping & purchase.

- Ensure coordination between H.O. and all Site Offices

- Enhance coordination among various departments such as Land,Security, R & R, Legal and CA to achieve mandated objectives

- Audit compliance - All audit observations on Revenue records and deeds.

- Handling the policy matters regarding the business process manual for land purchase, swapping, partition and annuity payments.

- Ensure implementation of SOPs (systems and processes) for Land Management

Preferred Candidate :-

- PG / Graduate with 12 to 18 +yrs experience with a Construction Setup & last 5 years into Land / Property Acquisition

- Good Knowledge of the Local Area & Local Language.
