VP/DVP - Business Planning Manager - Retail Branch Banking

Analyse and support various initiatives towards building a robust strategic framework for the various segments of the Bank in the retail banking vertical

Work Closely with the business leaders and cross functional colleagues to drive execution of business strategy.

To present insights, analytics through various performance dashboards and detailed data analytics covering the entire RBB channel to assist the senior leadership team with timely insights for management review and discussion. and be able to handle large amount of data sets and create meaningful insights

About the Role:

1. Coordinates ,on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team with all the stakeholders of RBB for

a. smooth operations of all retail banking offices. Develops and coordinates the

b. implementation of overall objectives, policies, and procedures for the retail network.

2. Liase with all other stake holders in order to drive business plan, programs, strategic initiatives and incentive programs to bring more Ownership of business targets - across all levels and channels.

3. Deep dive analysis into Cost, P&L structure to bring out critical insights on Cost to Income, regional/ channel wise variance in P&L for the purpose of decision making by management.

4. Ownership of Budgeting exercise - Budget planning, preparation, approvals & distribution

5. To perform Market review and competitor analysis of developments/ new trends in different business units

6. To Asist Retail Branch Banking Head to ensure to ensure adherence to all central / state/ local laws and regulations and to follow bank policies and procedures, security guidelines,

7.Coordinating with all the different stakeholder i.e product, portfolio, risk, compliance & other departments for driving & implementation of various

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Prior experience in to retail branch banking with a deep understanding of its various functions

Currently working into corporate office into any such role that involves working closely with senior leadership team of RBB CHANNEL

Advanced PPT Skills, MS Excel, MS Access and presentation skills are required for the above profile.

Must have excellent communication with Strong analytical skills, execution skills
