Their customers include the largest banks across US, Europe and Asia and are looking to hire a Process Consulting lead in the Capital Markets and Banking vertical.

Job Description - As a Vice President reporting to the Head of Domain Consulting , you will be responsible for:

- Managing projects in the Process Consulting , Improvements and Re-engineering for Capital Markets and Banking domain

- Propagating the use of the Process Excellence Techniques and Practices

- Managing global stakeholders and driving consulting strategy initiatives

- Providing solutions based on Industry best practices through detailed analysis

- Leading Consulting and Change Delivery projects ensure delivery of benefits

The Successful Candidate - You will be a graduate with a total of over 16 years of Process Consulting, Re-engineering and Business Excellence experience in Global Capital Markets and Banking domain. Additionally, you will have hands on experience in Process Improvement techniques like LEAN, Six Sigma. You will have a hands on leadership style and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
