VP/Director - Product Management - Gaming App - IIT/BITS/NIT/IIIT

What we are looking for?

An accomplished product leader with an accelerated growth curve in product space.

We do not evaluate based on your experience, we evaluate based on your potential. We are not looking for someone who has 15 years of experience in products (we believe there is no one in India, pure product companies have just started). We are looking for someone who has learnt 15 years worth of product in half of the time.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the CEO, CTO, VP of Technology and Data Science lead to drive the product strategy, vision and the roadmap

- Hands-on with building and leading a metrics based data driven product team

- Lead the current social network product, its iterations, business product and deliverables

- Completely responsible for the high growth and maintaining the high retention of the overall product

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree from a Tier-I engineering college (IITs, BITS, NITs, IIITs)

- Led the products of at least two or more consumer facing apps

- Out of the box thinking and first principle problem solving abilities

- Inclination towards consumer psychology

- Ability to lead metrics based strategic product decisions

- Led a team size of 6+ product people

Preferred:

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science / Mathematics & Computing

- Led the product in a gaming company or built own game
