VP/Director - Engineering - IT

- Extensive mastery of cutting-edge cloud technologies and a deep understanding of modern human-computer interfaces, fueled by an insatiable drive to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.

- Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development.

- Extensive expertise in front-end technologies such as : Ext.JS, HTML/CSS/jQuery, Angular, and Vue.JS, coupled with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences will be an advantage.

- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as .NET Framework/Core, Cake PHP, Selenium/Python, PHP Laravel, Java, will be an advantage.

- Solid understanding of data storage and caching solutions, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB will be an advantage.

- Experience with reporting platforms such as Exago, DevExpress, Cube.js, and the ability to analyze and visualize data effectively will be an advantage.

- Proficient in cloud infrastructure platforms such as Azure, AWS, OVH, Hetzner, and Digital Ocean, with a strong understanding of deployment strategies will be an advantage.

- Thorough comprehension of agile methodologies and their application in driving iterative and efficient project execution, ensuring optimal productivity and rapid delivery.

- Outstanding leadership capabilities that inspire and motivate teams, coupled with a strategic mindset that shapes the vision and direction of the entire engineering department.

- Demonstrated excellence in project management, consistently delivering complex projects on time and within budget while ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld.

- Proficiency in data analytics and insights-driven decision-making.

- Proficient in machine learning and artificial intelligence for innovative product development.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field, underscoring a strong technical foundation and a continuous pursuit of knowledge in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
