In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop team of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within Payment's business line or functional area.
- Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the business
- Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the payments business line.
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures
- Collaborate with and consult with the team and multiple level managers
- Interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to support the development and execution of digital strategy within payments business line or functional area.
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of digital product management experience in payments business line
- 4+ years of leadership experience handling Digital Product Management portfolio for payments Domain.
