Role - VP - Digital Marketing Operations- Content Management Operations
Location - Mumbai
Job Description :-
- Monitor campaign response reports from, as applicable :
a) The Campaign Management System or
b) Respective Vendors.
- Generate Campaign response summary (observations)
- Submit Campaign refinement recommendations.
- Generate insights and recommendations for different channels (display, SEM, email campaigns) based on data extracted from Google Analytics /Cognos.
- Understand Social Media Sentiment Analysis Reports.
- Understand Competitor Intelligence through Market Research.
- Execute Web / Analytical projects and repoting.
- Create dashboards using Power BI
- Manage referral site upload process across all defined vendor sites.
- Analyze and make recommendations on Global Knowledge and competitor position on vendor sites to ensure appropriate level of inventory an positioning are achieved.
- Tracking duties and deliverables from several marketing related projects.
- Manage marketing department procurement process, including PO creation, incisive management and vendor payment resolution. Task also include sourcing quotes from suppliers and managing vendors to ensure best price and quality is achieved.
- Manage department process, documentation and analysis
- Provide department representation on corporate data governance committee.
- Recognize issues and opportunities and initiate proper action to solve or take advantage of them.
- Collaborate with Global Knowledge Marketing Leadership on Innoavtion and improvement opportunities.
-Service reporting and sponsoring service deliver meetings.
Experience & Qualification :-
- PG / MBA with min 18+yrs experience into Content Management.
- Prefer candidates from Digital Agencies / KPO / e-Commerce Setups who are into Managing Digital Content
