VP - Digital Implementation Leader

Own the end to end implementation with a client covering business requirements, process changes drive complex/ multiparty and multi level implementations

Critical profile in terms of presence and maturity, since a lot of the role is also driving change leadership around ask/gives and change management processes and economic value realizations; something similar to large ERP implementations.

Architect a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should have understanding of how process, technology and analytics can be leveraged to address client needs. Build tailor made tech BPM solutions for F&A processes.

- It's a F&A focused role along with handling Multinational, multi geography

- Work with the Key Stake holders at the Prospect's end and advisors to the deals if any

Education Qualification:

MBA / CA / CPA with 15-18 years domain experience + consulting experience

- Prior solutioning and consulting experience

- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace

- Project Management Skills, should have handled large ERP implementations

- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
