Job Description - As VP Operations, you will reporting into the Executive Director - Derivatives team and lead a team of 40 analyst/associates and managers. You will focus on Mastering all aspects of Credit ISDA, Change Management and key control processes.

- Ensuring closure of any unaffirmed trades, either on paper or on the DTCC Confirmation platform

- Work closely with counterparties, middle offices and other stake-holders

- Work in the UK shift with flexibility to work extended hours/do occasional NA hours

The Successful Candidate -

- You have a MBA from a top-tier school/CA/CS/LLB degree with more than 12 years of experience in IB Operations.

- You possess depth and diversity in the derivatives domain and can mentor team-members in subject matter areas.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a successful history of leading big teams in a challenging environment.
