Delivery Manager (VP Role)

I am looking for Delivery Manager (Vice President Role) for one of our Leading clients into research and analytics support services to be based out of Bangalore.

Experience: 8-10 Yrs

The JD is mentioned below:

- Supervise work of assigned analysts and ensure client requirements.

- Be able to develop an investment thesis based on information gathered and give your own judgment.

- Provide leadership, training and guidance to junior Analysts.

- Preparation of financial analysis, market research and investment memoranda.

- Evaluate potential investment and financial proposals.

- Communicate accurately and clearly with client representatives.

- Prepare analytical and concise written reports. Adhere to time-lines/turn-around as per client requirements.

- Create and maintain financial models. Use Excel/spread sheet techniques for research documents.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Should have worked in client facing role

- Sell Side Equity Research

- Should have managed a team size of 25 employees

- Strong Communication Skills

- Excellent Leadership qualities

- Strong Modeling Skills

- Manage profitability for the client account.
