About our Client - Our client is a global consulting firm with a niche focus on Banking and financial services firms - largely Banks. They have established themselves as a niche player in the consulting world - providing services in the Analytics domain to their large set of clients across domains like - corporate banking, investment banking, consumer banking etc. With the setup based in Bombay and the backing of a fortune 100 conglomerate, they are looking to hire a VP for Delivery for Banking Analytics clients.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will be responsible for:

- Leading a cluster of clients and engagements in the BFSI domain

- Heading on time delivery of projects and deliverables across the gamut of clients

- Growing headcount by at least 30-40% as well as complexity of work done

- Bringing thought leadership - best of industry practices.

- Managing ever changing business environment in terms of building capabilities, effective engagement with staff and implement new initiatives / proving capabilities in new business areas.

- Manpower Planning, Overall staff & operations budget finalisation, asset purchase approvals.

- Actively increasing involvement in client engagement activities by undertaking periodical review / meetings

- Managing Project pipeline and review pipeline with onshore team on a monthly basis.

- Providing monthly MIS to clients, current and potential to seek opportunity for additional areas (Business Verticals / Tasks) that can be supported

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you are someone with 13 - 15 years of Banking Analytics experience. You are a Masters/PhD in Statistics from a Tier 1 - IIT/ISI. You currently handle multiple clients and engagements are working as a delivery head. You have worked across Financial services organization including banks (preferably lived and worked abroad).
