VP - Debt Capital Market - Fixed Income Origination - Bank

Looking to hire for an MNC bank for VP - Fixed income origination role.

The person will be responsible for

1. Origination and execution of INR denominated structure debt solution mandates. These are PSL and non-PSL PTC transactions.

Prior experience in structuring and executing PTC transactions both PSL and non PSL

a. Pool Selection using acceptable broad contours in coordination with internal credit

b. Pool stress testing and determination of credit enhancement

c. Coordination with domestic and international rating agencies

d. Documentation for closure, in coordination with the lawyers and originator (client)

2. Origination and execution of INR NCD mandates

a. Origination and structuring of transaction

b. Coordination with sales and traders in order to execute trades
