Experience: Bring to the table over 12 years of extensive experience in NBFCs, including roles in commercial banking, investment banking, and credit analysis. Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing relationships within the financial sector.
Skills:
- Proficient in creating pitch books,deal origination, credit assessment notes, and investor presentations. Possess a self-starting attitude with the capability to take ownership of the role. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical capabilities, especially in dealing with structured products.
- Familiarity with MS-Office and adept at utilizing various technology tools. Proven sales experience and networking skills. Genuine interest in financial inclusion and a keen eye for associated opportunities. Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Strong negotiation skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude.
