VP - Data Analytics - Consumer Compliance & Home Loans Domain - Financial KPO

We are looking for positions in VP - Data Analytics with a leading Financial KPO at Delhi/ NCR

Experience : 15 + years experience with good exposure in to review data and derive inferences for management team in Business Analysis /Audit/Risk Modelling skills

- Experience in developing SAS/SQL/Other query mining tool(s) scripts

- Proficiency in designing and developing Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) packages preferably in SQL Server

Role & Responsibilities :

- Perform analysis to support data sourcing and sampling for Consumer Compliance and Home Loans

- Prepare results reports and dashboards, presentation for senior management and leadership team

- Validate the current risk and compliance procedures and identify probable gaps and issues in the existing procedures

- Monitor QC results and other business manufacturing quality reporting/metrics to determine risk trends, actively advise/ approve QC process and policy, and design monitoring routines data/analytics reporting

- Manage Analytics team and work as a mentor to the team for various business and technical acumen

- Manage the individual development and performance management of the employees in the team
