Description :

- Knowledge of Computer Science or Information Technology combined with related experience in Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance.

- Proficiency in performing IT Security risk, business impact, control and vulnerability assessments.

- Thorough understanding of end-to-end process for engaging and reporting critical information with regulatory authorities in matters Cyber Security, Information Security, Audits/Compliance/Breaches etc.

- Responsible for maintaining complete IT & Cyber Security posture of the organization

- Leading In-house development team on Oracle with complete financial ERP

- Implementation & Management of Loan Management Solution with focus on delinquencies management

- Defining technology transformation strategy for the organization

- Drive Innovation within the organization, identify & implement new technological solutions.

- Converted organization to only fully digital organization in the sector

Profile :

10+years experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk ,audit, compliance with background in BFSI sector only needs to apply.

Btech/ Mtech in computer science/ IT needs to apply

Candidates who are currently working as CISO, minus one of CISO in Bnaks, NBFC, MFI only need to apply.
