Brief Responsibilities:
- Lead all India based customer facing functions (Business Development, Partner Relations, Customer Support and Managed Services teams)
- Build tools and processes to effectively engage with customers
- Working with the customers to understand their business plans and requirements
- Managing the customer support, partner relations and services teams in Chennai and channelising theirs activities for better customer engagement and retention.
- Understanding market requirements and customers' pain points with the products; work with the product management team to influence product roadmap to address those issues.
- Evaluating the current L1/L2/L3 customer support processes and streamlining the processes to meet the customer SLAs.
- Conduct regular partner engagement programs, road shows, webinars etc for channel partners to share market opportunities, marketing collaterals, product roadmaps and new business opportunities in rapidly evolving market.
- Closely work with President and COO in US to be in sync with the company's marketing and Business Development activities.
Candidate Requirement:
- Looking for candidates with experience in dealing with domestic and international market from an medium sized IT product development company
- Should have minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Customer support.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
