VP - CRM Analytics - Bank

We have an urgent opening VP CRM - Analytics for one of the leading Bank.

Job Description:

- To understand the business objectives/ challenges/ opportunities and support business team with end-to-end analytical solutions that drive optimization of product portfolio, design and execution of campaigns and programmes across products and propositions.

The key responsibilities include:

- Product propensity analyses to underpin cross sell programmes: based on product profitability and likelihood of take-up, decide on product hierarchy to be cross sold to specific customer segments

- Event trigger development to initiate specific actions on products and propositions: decide on actions based on triggers like behaviour (eg international travel), relationship depth (eg. flight of salary) or PFR gaps

- Cross product and/or Group companies- initiatives: design and execute campaigns that use interplay between products (asset led propositions, etc.)

- Drive analytics for new business development or new product launch

- Customer segmentation analytics to drive differential strategies for targeted customers

- Supervise junior team members to deliver analytics solutions

Skills:

- Strong problem solving and structured thinking

- Great knowledge and experience of Retail Banking business with at least 5 years of experience in relevant businesses

- Strong background in analytics with understanding of profitability dynamics, use of scoring in business decisions, segmentation analytics, customer lifetime value concept

- Technical skills in SAS, Macro, modeling
