Our client is a major Global Financial Services provider engaged in retail banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking with an extensive international presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia. With over 125,000 employees spread across 35+ countries they are currently looking for a technically strong professional to join their Credit Risk team.

Job Description

Reporting to AVP Risk & Control, your responsibilities would include:

- Analyzing the credit proposals and financial statements

- Assessing and evaluating the proposals based on bank rating model, industry comparison, facilities form and other risk parameters and make recommendations for approval.

- Interacting with originators to suggest changes in the facility and/or security structures, seek necessary clarifications, so that the summary recommendation is objective, complete in terms of information content, and is consistent with the Group imperatives.

The Successful Applicant

You should be a CA/MBA from Tier-1 Institute with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk with a MNC Bank in Mid market or Large Corporate team. You should have strong analytical skills along with comprehensive understanding of Corporate Banking and Treasury products. You will also assist in the development of credit policies, review of new product plans and credit programs, and in the on going management of Risk related systems and projects.
