About our Client - Our client is a leading investment bank with an established captive setup in India.
Job Description - Reporting into a Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for:
- Driving procedures and structures for reporting requirements ensuring governance and transparency regarding decision making process for credit exposures
- Ensuring adequate controls in procedures and reports to manage operational risk and exposures thereon
- Understand impact of new initiatives on credit and operational risk and ensure adherence
- Manage business requirements, process flows and implementation of projects while ensuring risk controls are in place
The Successful Candidate - Preferably having a Masters degree from a reputed university, you must have atleast 12 years of relevant operations experience in a investment banking/commercial banking captive setup with exposure to credit risk operations. With extensive experience in an Operational risk function, you must possess outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a strong internal client orientation. An ability to translate business requirements into viable reporting solutions along with a track record of effective project management is essential. Further, you should possess a good understanding of the credit infrastructure systems and reporting applications.
