Job Description: As a VP - Credit Derivatives Operations you will be responsible for:

- Managing the Middle office for the Trade support space for Credit and OTC Derivatives

- Managing compliance, regulatory and procedural risk exposure and Risk mitigation

- Managing teams across affirmations, investigations, confirmations and settlements

- Interactions with SMEs from global Middle offices, Technology and Compliance to resolve outstanding issues

- Driving recruitment process and planning to retain and grow talent

- Ensuring continuous improvement of processes and systems in Credit Derivatives Back Office

- Working closely with Front Office to assess P&L impact

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a graduate with minimum 12 years of Operations experience primarily in Derivative Operations specifically OTC and Credit Middle Office.

- You will have extensive working knowledge of Derivative Trades across products such as IRS, Cross Currency Swaps, Options & Exotics.

- You will have Strong Leadership and People Management skills and also excellent interpersonal skills and strong planning and analytical skills to manage stakeholders.
