VP - Corporate Services - BFSI/Inv Bank

We are looking for Vice President – Corporate Services for Leading MNC Investment Banking firm, to be based in Mumbai with following responsibilities as mentioned below, the candidate should be from financial house only.

Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate.

Experience: 10 years to 12 Years +

Compensation : Lucrative Compensation (upto 55 Lacs)

- Responsible for the overall operations management including financial controls and tracking for CS India

- Travel provides transportation / lodging services in an efficient and cost-effective manner

- Responsible for controlling CS processes, with emphasis on cost, risk management and compliance to corporate/regulatory policy, ensuring adherence to business guidelines.

- Will have the opportunity to liaise with the broader regional teams.

- Proactively develop policies and procedures that are efficient, leverage technology, and align with the Firm’s broader policies

- Maintain up-to-date commercial and contractual knowledge of the market place and methods adopted by peer group organisations to ensure that best practices are continually evaluated, developed and implemented.

- Qualified to degree standard or higher in financial, engineering or related discipline with minimum 10 years work experience in a multi-national corporation

- Previous experience in an Investment Banking/Financial Services advantageous.
