- 14+yrs of exp in Legal

- 10+years in IT Legal and US IT Outsourcing

- Expertise in all the areas of IT Compliance,

- Experienced in US IT companies

- US Labor Laws

- US Vendor Management/ Souring Laws

- US Wages Clause

- IT Outsourcing Compliance

- More of Individual Contribution

- Exposure to Compliance Like Finance, Income Tax, HR, Contract, Duty Free, SEZ, Forex, 360, EXIM, Property, Exchange, so on

- Budget is open

- Should have worked in US IT Company at 5 to 6 years
