Role:

- The Manager is responsible for overseeing the investigations of all PSVs (potentially significant violations) and routine investigations for India Region, including advising on how to conduct an investigation and how to write a report.

Accountabilities –

- Handle every Potentially Significant Violation (‘PSV”) that comes to India Region for investigation.

- Co-ordinating all Routine investigations independently

- Work closely with the Region Control Environment Council (“CEC”) to oversee the investigation of PSV Speak-Ups and CoC matters.

- Monitoring the PSV investigation process and following up to obtain regular updates on the progress of investigation.

- Reviewing the reports of various investigations to ensure that all aspects of a complaint have been investigated.

- Tracking all PSVs and Routine investigation, and periodically reporting the same to the Region CEC and Region Excom.

- Preparing monthly reports of all PSV & Routine cases for the Region CEC.

- Preparing monthly reports for the Region CEC meetings.

- Preparing a quarterly Compliance Report for India Region.

- Analyzing the data for PSV and Routine matters and reporting on the ageing statistics and any trends or areas of specific concern to the Region CEC & Region Excom.

- Working closely with the Sector in the preparation of all Compliance Training materials for India Region.

- Conducting Investigation Training and other Compliance training programs.

- Assisting in the preparation of the quarterly Compliance Rep Letter.

- Collaborating with the Sector on Compliance matters.

- Creating all Compliance presentations to target audiences.

Key Skills/Experience Required –

- University Degree in Law.

- 8 - 10 years’ minimum experience in a Compliance function or Legal Function

- Excellent knowledge of employment laws in India

- Fluency in English is a must and working knowledge of Hindi and one other South Indian language is desirable
