With a strong global presence and a strong foothold Globally and in the Indian market, they are looking for a VP Compensation & Benefits lead for their team in India.
Job Description - Reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits, your responsibilities will include:
- Build and develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of business plans to identify Rewards requirements
- Conduct market benchmarking surveys
- Manage the databases rewards MIS systems
- Identify rewards related policy gaps and recommend policy modifications. Draft policy changes and support communication of the policies
- Own the end-to-end process for reward projects identified in the business or expertise area
- Provide reward expertise to the allocated businesses in India
- Build market intelligence through effective internal and external networks of key contracts to build knowledge of market trends and recommend improvements in reward products and processes
The Successful Candidate - You will have 10-12 years of experience in managing end to end compensation & benefits for 2000+ employees with an Investment Bank. Track record of excellent stakeholder management skills and the exposure to have worked in a highly matrixed organization is essential for the role.
