VP – Compensation and Benefits
Experience - 10-15 Years
Qualification - MBA – HR
Location - Delhi/NCR
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the reward strategy to include: salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.
- Leads implementation and management of compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and other compensation issues.
- Collects and distributes internal best practices. Designs recommended practices, models, and other compensation tools to assist field specialists.
- Develop strong relationship with Finance team to ensure we HR and finance are linked on key data and processes incl. accruals, cost impact of pay budgets, pyramid reporting, data integrity
- Keeps abreast of compensation trends, best practices, and new regulations through professional meetings, seminars, webinars, coursework, publications, and other sources.
- Liaisons with internal departments and external vendors to develop and support tools for business compensation needs.
Essential Criteria:
- A solid understanding of pay and benefit management and a consistent record of successful delivery in this area.
- Highly numerate and experienced at using technology and processes to create efficiencies
- A clear eye for detail, accuracy and an ability to process and analyze data using multiple inputs
- Strong project planning and control experience and ability to manage multiple projects through to successful implementation
- Excellent English language skills and ability to present ideas and data in clear and concise format
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build successful relationships.
- Gravitas to engage with individuals and groups at all levels
- Resilient nature and ability to operate and excel in a dynamic matrix working environment
