VP - Compensation & Benefit - Bank

Looking out for VP Compensation & Benefit for leading international bank - Mumbai.

Preferably : Looking out for someone from Tier 1, Tier 2 Institute.

Experience : 13 to 16 Years experience of which minimum 8 should be into Comp & Ben preferably someone from Leading International Bank, BPO or KPO.

Role :

- Provide coverage for the India on compensation & Benefits

- Manage the year end salary planning

- Recommend campus salary grids

- Work with the Head C&B and Head HR, LOB Heads & Senior Business Heads in an advisory role on compensation & benefits related practices

- Manage the India market compensation survey by partnering with vendors

- Gather market intelligence and recommend salary benchmarks
