Campus Consortium is seeking a VP of Community Engagement, Shared Services to create, implement, and refine national programs to engage the higher education and information technology community and focus on helping its members improve enrollment, retention and IT services by providing lessons learned iseminars, conferences and consulting services on areas such as cloud hosting, enterprise portal, web content management, single sign-on, identity management, mobile apps and service desk.

Essential Functions:

Design and run all speaking tours, programs, and conference presence throughout the country identifying and securing opportunities for campus Consortium to speak at events and confernces, based on target populations and strategic criteria.

Oversee the development of original content and the creation of inspiring programs for varied settings. This includes the design, creation, and implementation of sophisticated educational materials.

Build a small cadre of trained, highly effective speakers including Chief Information Officers

Form strategic partnerships with complementary organizations, bringing Campus Consortium programs to their constituents, thereby leveraging their networks for education and action.

Develop collaborative relationships and greater co-branding with key Affiliates and promote opportunities.

Oversee the development of a referral network of organizations throughout the country that serve higher education and k-12 school districts. Oversee all program work ensuring excellence in delivery, measuring impact, and setting the course for programmatic growth and sustainability.

Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.

Facility with budgets, monitoring and evaluation, and the creation of systems.

Strong work ethic and ability to work hard and effectively in a fast-paced new endeavor.

Ability to work independently, while simultaneously acting as a leader and participant in complex collaborative processes.

Flexible work style and interest in being part of a dynamic, evolving team and organization.

Knowledge of the higher education and information technology community a must.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in related field.

Knowledge of and experience working in the higher education and information technology community

Experience with program development, implementation, and assessment.

Experience creating and working in successful organizational partnerships.
