VP Commercial Credit & Risk Management Operations for an MNC Banking KPO in Hyderabad :

Description

- The Credit Service Business undertakes all Credit Services work within Service Delivery for various operating entities across the Group. The Business Services work portfolio covers Pre-approval, and Post-approval activities for Commercial Banking Businesses.

- Role requires providing end to end customer service, whilst supporting revenue generation and enhanced customer engagement. Help standardization of Business processes across locations. Manage cost by using Production Management tools and absorb volume growth. Lead and manage migrations from business locations or from onshore teams. Consistently focus on operational risk management and compliance. Help grow the people strategy with focus on skill set enhancement.

- Subject to normal management protocol within allocated resources, and in recognition of appropriate
regulations, has direct control over the operation and can implement changes and innovations without reference unless these impact directly on the Group company operations or Business Services direction in
which case reference and prior agreement will be sought from these areas.

- Responsible for making decisions in respect of recruitment of managers and staff without reference subject to being in line with the Operating Plan and Business Services direction.

- Responsible for ensuring all migrations of work into the Business Services is successfully achieved and that their operation within is appropriately structured and managed.

- Responsible for developing an environment in which creativity thrives, and in which processes and productivity are continuously improved.

Qualifications

- Degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant qualifications

- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) having 12 – 16 years of experience in leading Commercial / Corporate Credit
in a top bank or MNC KPO into Corporate Credit Operations and should be currently working in a leadership role like a VP / Head.

- Credit knowledge is essential preferably with at least 5 years working experience in various Credit roles

- Good Finance background

- Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly interpret data & facts to arrive at meaningful conclusions and
assess the business / financial prospects of the borrowers

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and excellent communication skills

- Proven ability in team leadership, people and resource management

- Ability to assimilate a large amount of information and make effective decisions on a wide range of issues.

- A strong desire to achieve outstanding customer service

- Resilience under pressure and be able to work efficiently in order to meet aggressive deadlines.

- The candidate must show attention to detail, have excellent communication skills in English both oral &
written, and be committed to producing work of the highest quality.

- Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development of individuals.

- Must be able to work independently and be capable of providing positive leadership support.
