They are looking to rapidly expand their India offshore office for which they keenly seek a seasoned operations professional with proven track record in operational excellence and strong stakeholder management experience

Job Description

Reporting to the Director - India Operations, you would ensure operational standards are met or exceeded for service, productivity, and quality and employee engagement. You would direct and manage the day to day Operational aspects of collections portfolio of the company and lead large teams

The Successful Applicant

- You are a CA/MBA with minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role

- You have at least 4 years of experience in a collections role

- A strong Operations Management Experience managing global stakeholders is mandatory

- You have a proven track record of managing large teams (300-500 people)

- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Project Management are preferable

- You have excellent presentation and communication skills

- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment and an orientation toward customer service
