About our Client - Our client is a leading global asset management firm with its operations in more than 30 countries. They are looking for a seasoned finance professional to join them as a VP in their Regional Controllers team as a part of their continuous expansion globally.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director, you shall be responsible for:

- Supervision of regional AR support team and active team member of the regional accounting team

- Overall responsibility of monthly revenue and accounts receivable accounting, client billing and collections

- End to End responsibility of India set of books for both local and US GAAP

- Taking lead on IFRS implementation and statutory compliances

- Designing and building out a Finance- Accounts receivable and billing team with the objective of enhanced controls and efficiencies which will allow to provide additional value add services

- Supervising project support such as systems testing and new system improvement/implementation

- Regular liaison and dialogue with the operations, clients, controllers in different regions to ensure consistency in approach and effective AR process

- Monitoring timely delivery, improvements, standardization and redesigning of processes

The Successful Candidate - You are a Qualified Chartered Accountant (Batches 2002 / '03 / '04) with experience in accounting and statutory reporting from a financial services setup. Good working knowledge of IFRS / USGAAP / IGAAP and strong interpersonal and team-working skills and the ability to communicate at all levels are a must. Experience working in a large complex multi-national with cross-border billing arrangements will be an advantage.
