VP - Client Services/Payments/Cash Mgmt

Vice President-Client Services,Payments & Cash Management for Leading MNC Bank !

Our client, a Leading MNC Bank is looking for Regional/Global Service Co-ordinators for their niche/big Clients in the Payments & Cash Management Services LOB.

Need Service/Cross sell specialist with the demonstrated abilities:

1. Manage challenging large customers with a strong customer orientation especially at forging rapport at senior management levels at client's end.

2. Manage, coach a team of highly motivated customer service managers.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work closely with various teams to deliver comprehensive solutions/services to meet customer needs as also managing internal stakeholders on the high-revenue, strategic customers.

6.Prior experience (at least 7 years) in managing corporate banking customer.

7.Above-par discipline in managing an end-to-end customer service delivery portfolio./Experience and proven track record in sales and cross selling required.

Compensation could go upto twenty lakhs per annum.
