VP Operations & Client Relations (voice Process & Worked Abroad) for an MNC BPO in Pune.
Job Description :
- Excellent communication skills and English fluency must be able to interact with BU Heads and their VPs, Operations / Quality Heads in India & and build a relationship of trust and confidence.
- Coordination with all support functions like Quality/Training/Process & Planning/HR and the client team to ensure service delivery.
- Knows the detail but can get to the punch line. No ramblers.
- International BPO background with > 14 years of experience; understand accountability.
- Seasoned professional with extensive experience managing stakeholders overseas, preferable US or UK. Prior work includes SLA management and reporting, dashboards on performance
- Experience overseas a big advantage
- Must be willing to work US shift and extended hours as required.
Education & Skills :
MBA from a premier Business schools having International BPO background with > 14 years of experience in handling Voice process; preferably should have worked or currently working abroad in an International location in an MNC BPO setting up operations, understand accountability, driving Process improvements, done Transitions, etc. Coordination with all support functions like Quality/Training/Process & Planning/HR and the client team to ensure service delivery. Should have driven Transitions / Quality initiatives, etc.
This is an Individual contributor role where the profile is required to interact with the stakeholder and different
internal teams like Operations Leads, Quality Lead, etc and try and bridge the gap between them.
This is a US shift job starting @ 6:30PM and the incumbent should have excellent communication skills.
