VP - Client Partner - Research & Analytics

Job Responsibilities:

- Be a lead client business partner and consulting solutions leader in the research and analytics service domain by augmenting the revenue/business reach and customer delight in technology enabled research and analytics services domain, thus enabling the organization to expand the business horizon with its existing as well as new customer base.

- Mentor and guide teams survey analytics – Questionnaire designing, sampling, modeling survey data to answer business questions and in developing text mining algorithms and other Analytical tools.

- Mentor and guide teams on consumer behavior insights creation, survey analytics, applied statistics and development of Analytical products.

- Effectively build and augment the descriptive and predictive analytics capability of the organization through internal and external talent pool.

- Assisting the lead generation efforts by guiding team on market segmentation and putting requisite BD strategy in place to drive business development efforts.

- Working with the clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their current/possible requirements and based on the requirements, design and recommend descriptive and predictive analytical models. requirements

- Ensuring continuous interaction with the customers, aimed at understanding any concern areas and working on identified areas to develop & implement effective plans to improve on those areas

- Ensuring proper Management Controls are in place to track all client deliverables.

Desired Profile:

- MBA from a premier institute having hands on exposure on working with various analytical tools. Statistical background shall be preferred.

- 10-12 Yrs, primarily in managing Business Development and consultative selling/solutioning in descriptive and predictive analytics space.

- Adept at modeling techniques such as Structural Equation Modeling, Market Mix Modeling, Segmentation techniques, Multivariate techniques, Panel regression etc.
