Job description -

Wiil be responsible working closely with the Global & Regional Sector Heads with in CMG for implementing a strategic global support model to manage Client Life-cycle activities comprising of Client Onboarding, Client maintenance etc. The support will include all GBM Product areas across all regions.

The role requires significant focus on operational planning & delivery of client on-boarding / maintenance cases across the sector, understand business priorities and management pipeline as well.

In additional to this, the role will involve operational risk management, capacity planning & management, resource management, understanding Group's Client Due Diligence requirements, regulatory obligations, global standards and ensuring these are regularly met through the processed being supported out of the GSC for that Sector.

The roles is at par with other regional Sector Leads and requires very strong understanding of the business / Sector, client tiering and with strong focus on operation delivery and integrity.

Given the journey GBM Client Ops is embarking on, this roles gains significant relevance to ensure GSC are able to support the Sector agenda and that GSC teams are fully integrated into the Sector TOM.

The role will not just manage BAU, but will have a significant role to play in the transformation agenda and will require managing senior stakeholders in the business. The role will also require strong knowledge of client Onboarding function within an investment bank, strong communication skills and commercial orientation to be successful.
