- Looking at candidates who can add more responsibilities around HR Processes / Automation etc - to make the role meatier.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and think strategically is must.
- Manage the HR team spread across and drive the agenda to manage high caliber talent.
- Maintain the right balance in driving business goals and championing employee cause.
- A key differentiator between a "young talent" & a relatively more "senior candidate" would be whether the candidate is approaching things as a "strong individual contributor"
- Responsible for driving the HR strategy across the business unit.
- This Position reports directly into the COO
- A team of 2 HR BP, TA Team would be directly reporting into this person.
