Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Managing IT India to the agreed headcount & budget, Identify opportunities to reduce overall cost and/or reduce cost per head count, Communicate in a timely manner the deviations / variance in cost trends.

- Take ownership of spends and approve/disapprove requests basis of larger strategic plan. Plan and lead the budgeting and forecasting exercise for GM IT in India.

- Operations Management: Manage Vendor engagement, Oversight of hiring process, Tracking departmental pipeline, PPM Projects structure, Timesheet compliance & manage monthly P2P forecast time allocation for accurate invoices, Audit Interface, Training and Development Management

- Governance: Project Initiation oversight, Monitor SDLC compliance and chase exceptions, Monitor project execution compliance, Prepare technology achievements reports for varied audiences including but not limited to Weekly CAT report, Monthly Business Review, Visitor decks, Offsite ppt, Townhalls, Newsletter updates.

- Business Support & Administration: Manage seating plans and desk requirements, provide space forecast, Ensure compliance with divisional Communication strategy, Maintenance of organizational information, Org charts and headcount, Update Intranet Site, New employee and Consultant on-boarding and off-boarding staff, Maintain divisional MIS of headcount, Day to day administration of CAO function

- People & Stakeholder management: Responsible for the day-to-day management of direct reports, their development and growth in the function. Liaise with key stakeholders such as Divisional CAO, Global CAO, Regional counterpart, Global IT heads, Finance Controllers, HR etc. for the smooth functioning of the Business Unit.

Key Requirements:

Experience : 10 - 15 years

Qualification : Any graduate

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, proficient in Excel.

- Good knowledge of Financial management, Planning and Analysis

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A consistent attitude and respect for high quality standards. Able to maintain this despite competing pressures

- A strong relationship builder who develops and maintains relationships to help achieve goals. Able to share information across Global teams, business lines and geographies

- Collaborative team player used to delivering in a multi-disciplined, demanding and organisationally challenging environment. Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as the business demands
