VP - Change Management - Inv Banking

We have an urgent opening as VP on the investment banking side of Change Management

Qualification required: CA/MBA/CPA or equivalent with 10 years change / project management experience including 7 years experience of BPO or Financial Services industry.

Experience required: 12 years in which minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory set skills: Should be having experience on the Investment Banking side. Should be an existing VP or equivalent to that.

JD:

At VP level, Change Managers are expected to operate as the lead Change Manager on a large scale programme and would be responsible for all Change Management deliverables. They would be required to interface with stakeholders at the most senior level and may be required to manage support Change Managers. At VP level, Change Managers would have E2E ownership of medium-large Operational initiatives.

The Change Manager will also be responsible for managing Performance Improvement for business processes. An additional part of the role will include Receive Management responsibilities for the migration of business processes.

- Change Management: Taking the lead on transition management ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business

- Change Lead: Conducting initial analysis to shape the initiative for Inception and then managing the initiative to completion. Identifying, defining and tracking the benefits and outcomes required of the programme and/or project

- Process Improvement: Manage Process Improvement within agreed operational functions. Identify and implement improvements in process and conduct regular process review cycles

- Receive Management: Support the Receive Change Lead in the transition of multiple business processes – including functions such as hiring, onboarding, training, planning and logistics
