Kindly note that we are preferring female candidates for this role. - The candidate should have experience in Global Risk functions. - Candidate must have experience in 1LOD OR 2LOD. - Have extensive NFR knowledge and sufficient expertise to face off appropriately to a variety of risk managers in the Group and also external parties. Recent experience in resilience risk management, key controls and processes preferred. - Provide a 2LOD opinion on the Change Execution risk & control profile, including insights on the impacts of external environment changes, emerging risks and changes to the business strategy. Produce input to operational risk reporting, including risk maps and emerging risk reports. Escalate concerns to Risk Owners and Governance, where required, to drive action. - The role holder will work within Global Operational and Resilience Risk as the Regional Change Execution Risk Steward for Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) and will have responsibility for proving Change Execution Risk subject matter expertise, advice, guidance, and effective challenge to the First Line of Defence. - The role holder will work closley with key change management stakeholders in organization including, Group Transformation, relevant initiative sponsors and delivery leads; Operational and Resilience Risk teams (including Resilience Risk Specialists) and the wider Risk Steward community.
