Job Description:

- Reporting to the Senior Vice President and leading a team of 100+ FTEs, your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering transactions in agreed time frames as per SLA's and improve quality of processing by reducing errors

- Growing capabilities platform by efficient streamlining of processes by way of automations, improvements & lean methodologies

- Developing and growing global stakeholder relationships with on shore, technology, finance and customer service teams

- Driving the BAU activities of the business, you will be focusing on continuous quality improvements & customer service experience

- Building and growing a core team of international payments & cash management operations experts supporting different countries & regions

- Developing a mindset of control and productivity enhancement

- Ensuring the implementation of the best in class processes across Payments & Cash Operations

The Successful Candidate

- You must be a CA/MBA/Masters from a premier institute with at least 12 years of experience

- You will be an expert in International Payments & Cash Management and would have managed a team size of at least 100 FTEs.

- You need to have excellent exposure in SWIFT, CHAPS, international/cross border payments.

- Exceptional communication & leadership skills, you will have a track record of success in driving productivity enhancement, technology & automation support to operations.
