Job Description :

- Preparation of materials for monthly business reviews

- Analysis of progress against strategic and financial objectives

- Annual financial plan and allocations processes providing regular updates to key stakeholders

- Accurately forecasting expense trends through the financial outlook and driving expense reduction initiatives to achieve budget targets

- Management and forecasting of headcount, identifying risks to headcount targets and managing those risks

- Driving employee engagement through execution of the People Strategy

- Execution of the communications strategy, providing consistent messaging across the organization and embedding our strategic goals in the mind-set of the organization

- Engagement of key stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Finance, HR and Product

- Managing ad hoc requirements in a pressurized environment
