Role : VP - Business Development / Sales - Middle East & Africa Market

Location : Dubai

Self-Motivated sales professional who is willing to work in a fast growing organization contributing to the growth.

- The ideal candidate should have IT managed services/staff augmentation sales background will be desirable. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to identify, qualify and convert prospects / leads into clients.

Responsibilities:

- Aggressive sales hunter

- Focus on acquisition of new customers with ability to work as an individual contributor selling to midsized companies & large enterprises (including Fortune companies)

- Ownership & participation of end to end sales cycle for new client acquisitions

- Participation on sales & proposal presentations

- Experience in account mining, growth and customer satisfaction

- Work collaborative with global work force in converting sales leads to clients

- Managing & Nurturing existing customers

- Need to travel for client meetings

- Educate prospective customers on the merits of Gallop wide range of services, skills and expertise that Acura provides

- Develop account presence with senior client personnel

- Negotiate & finalize deals from start to end

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 10+ years of directly related experience in IT industry (Managed Services/Staff Augmentation or both)

- Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities

- Disciplined in sales forecast, maintaining customer relationships and communication with internal stake holders

- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets (minimum $1 Million)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships

- Technically sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends

- Strong presentation skills, listening skills and customer service skills

- Candidates with contacts and having strong relationships with their existing clients will be an added advantage
