The multi-campus university is consistently ranked amongst top Indian universities. Under its corporate learning program, the institute offers degree programmes for employed professionals to enhance their academic qualification while gaining significant professional experience at their respective employing organizations. The programmes are delivered by instructor led classes conducted onsite or through technology, interactive learning through a Learning Management System. Currently, over 22,000 employed professionals from leading organizations across several industries are enrolled in various programmes.

With an objective to be undisputed continuing education provider and transform the integrated learning program into a robust organization, the institute has chosen Silverpeople to form its leadership team. We are looking for best in class leaders for the core team, who will work with the senior leadership team of the institution to develop the programme and sustain its leadership position in India.

Position: VP, Business Development

Reporting to: Head, Off Campus Programs

Function: Business Development and Admin

Salary: 40-60 LPA, not a constraint for a good candidate

Qualification: BE, MBA

Experience: At least 15 years of experience in Business Development with exposure to sales, marketing, commercial role etc. (Experience in education and training industry is desirable)

Role: To grow corporate learning business and industry connect, additionally oversee marketing/develop Brand, commercial, student connect, administrative / logistics activities for the Institution

- Management Reporting

- Process Improvement

- People Management

Core Skills and competencies:

- Sales process knowledge, Key account management, Understanding of commercial terms & conditions, Client orientation, Collaborating with partners, communicating with impact, Negotiation skills
