About our Client - Our client is a world-class investment bank with over $350 billion in holdings and they boast of one of the strongest financial performances in the industry globally. To support its global operations, our client has a large and dynamic Support Center operating in India. They are looking to hire top professionals to head their Business Continuity Management department.

Job Description - You will reporting to the Executive Director-Risk and Governance and will be responsible for developing and implementing business continuity strategies and frameworks across the business. This will include performing risk reviews to best practice, implementing changes and develop training programs.

The Successful Candidate - You will be an Engineer/MBA. You will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, Risk management and BCP. You will also have excellent relationship skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to influence people at all levels of the organization.
