Due to huge business expansion, they are looking for an outstanding individual to lead one of their Business Analytics team in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to Head of Analytics, you would be responsible for managing a team and ensuring a complete diagnostic of the business internally. You would be further responsible for Formulate strategic customer focused solutions, including segmentation, modeling, as well as portfolio and ad hoc analysis

- Analyzing existing business intelligence and reporting capabilities in the organization to ensure implementation of best practices

- Implement and test strategic solutions, including business opportunity analysis for new and current markets

- Identify gaps within current business and liaise with global heads to define the selection criteria for addressing the same.

- Developing analytical reports, scorecards, dashboards, management packs to present business centric insights

- Providing in-depth analysis with business recommendations

- Review business and analytical processes, design and create improved knowledge management processes

The Successful Candidate - You must be an MBA from a premier institute with minimum 10 years post qualification experience across customer segmentation, regression modeling, headcount, spend and related analytics. Experience working within financial services is preferred. Advanced in-depth SAS and SQL experience is mandatory. Excellent senior stakeholder management skills and the drive to influence the team.
