VP - Business Analyst/Decision Modeler/Architect - BFSI/BPO

Seeking a senior Business Analyst/Decision Modeler/Architect to be part of a highly energetic, rapid development team supporting Global Operations.

- The role of the BA/Decision Modeler/Architect is to design and develop requirements and logical models for business rules and to oversee junior modelers on the team.

- The Decision Modeler/Architect will work closely with clients, analyzing existing systems and processes and identifying appropriate opportunities to use Business Decision Management.

- This team is the center of excellence for Business Decision Modeling (BDM) in the division.

- Candidates will need to be able to quickly come up to speed on diverse business processes and create clear requirements prior to implementation.

- In addition to BDM, our team also focuses on building strategic prototypes, UDAs and Dashboards/BI/Analytics

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum Experience/Skills (8+ Years Required)

- Demonstrates ability to work independently as well as within a team

- Analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills

- Requirements gathering, design, development and testing of applications/rule sets/decision sets

- Ability to manage several projects/tasks simultaneously

- Ability to communicate clearly with end users, development managers and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

- Business Decision Modeling (Sapiens Decision, BlazeAdvisor, BizzDesign, etc.)

- Business Process Modeling (Signavio, ARIS, Visio, etc.)

- Business Rules Modeling

- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN

- Tableau, Qlikview or similar Dash boarding experience

- Understanding of relational database design and SQL languages

- JIRA administration/management

- Confluence (general Wiki) development/administration

- Microsoft Excel and Access development

- Financial Services industry experience a plus
