Key Responsibilities:
The Site Central team supports diverse Workforce responsibilities for CCB functions in India, Philippines, US & Canada. This group is a combination of various CCB, WFM groups under one roof. The Site Central team consists of 55 employees across 4 locations in India and Philippines. The Leader of the group manages the team across both countries and has four direct reports including two 602- s, a 601 and a 502 and two dotted reporting 601 employees.
Broad responsibilities of this role would include:
People Management:
- Lead a group of ~ 55 employees across India and Philippines
- Provide remote, but focused effective Leadership to Philippines team
- Responsible for Performance management, Engagement, Retention and ESAT for the function
- Manage cross functional and cross site activities to drive employee development and mobility
Performance Management:
- Measure and manage high standards of performance across the Site Central within India and Philippines and contribute to the overall business objectives
- Plan and manage the group's performance on the Score card metrics and look for methods to constantly exceed expectations
- Manage projects within defined metrics and timelines
- Work with cross LOB and cross functional partners to identify synergies that could improve the process
- Extensively interact and closely work with various stakeholders
Business Leadership:
- Partner with various CCB functions Workforce leaders and drive the strategic direction for each of the groups including cross functional activities
- Lead and provide oversight to Scheduling, Event Planning, Queue Strategy and Real time management teams
- Help drive cross functional standardization, calibration and initiatives
- Lead GPS activities including but not limited to Hiring, Risk Control Self Assessment, Business Resiliency Plans and Concentration Risk, Process Mapping, Policy & Procedures, ATC & Taxonomy
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Workforce Management & key financial concepts
- Display strong analytical and problem solving skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in managing workforce/MIS related, capacity planning related role
- Experience in managing large support teams (50+ employees)
- Preferred Six Sigma/ Project Mgmt knowledge
- Should have completed a minimum tenure of 9 months within the current function
