About our Client - Our client is a market leader in the Investment banking space with additional services across corporate, consumer and wealth management. As part of their Investment banking operations, they are on the lookout for exceptional candidates to lead various functions.

Job Description - Reporting into a Director, you will be responsible for:

- Reconciliation, payment and reporting of OTC brokerage across businesses

- Development and implementation of an appropriate control framework and production of MIS and KPIs

- Periodic assessment of Risks and Control ensuring compliance and timely action on any deviations

- Drive efficiency initiatives across various functions

- Ensure development, motivation and training of people Partnering with global stakeholders, broker and customers to improve resolution speed

The Successful Candidate -

- You must have atleast 12 years of experience in investment banking operations with a thorough understanding of investment banking products.

- Knowledge of reconciliation and understanding all aspects of a process including compliance, migrations, technology and documentation is vital as is the ability to prioritise, plan and meet strict timelines.

- You must have outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to mange expectations of multiple stakeholders.
